Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

The use of this voucher requires reservation of the desired service, subject to availability. Non-refundable, in whole or in part. Not exchangeable for cash. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the purchase, the remaining value is kept in the voucher, it will not be refunded in cash. It can be used several times and in different places until you spend the entire amount. Voucher validity between November, 30th 2024 until May 31st 2025 inclusive. The entire amount must be spent during this period on services such as accommodation, restaurant bill or spa services, to be used at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel, Porto A.S. 1829 Hotel and/or Évora Olive Hotel.
